My sister and I grew up in the home of a very practical and creative woman. Sewing and cooking were integral parts of our lives. I have never considered either to be drudgery, but more like creating a work of art. I find great satisfaction from the first concept to the finished product.
Those moments I spent with my mother cooking, sewing and helping her with her household tasks-even ironing-I treasure deeply. I want everyone who wants that experience with their own children to have that same opportunity.
We believe that the home is very important, and that a solid, stable home is the basis of a flourishing society. We believe that a woman who keeps the home has a responsibility equal to that of bringing in the living.
Today we find that some of the homekeeping arts have been lost to modern conveniences and busy lives.
The products we offer were created with the thought in mind that there may be those who would like to give their children the legacy of basic homekeeping skills, and at the same time make memories with and for their children to hold in their hearts for the rest of their lives.
We work modestly from our home so that we can offer these products reasonably, and so that we can maintain a home-crafted look to our products.
With the help and support of my husband, my children, my sister and my mother, a long-suffering webmaster, and my Creator, we offer these products from our hearts to you- the homekeepers of today and tomorrow.
